Fes is the oldest of Morocco’s imperial cities. It is the embodiment of the country’s history and is the spiritual and religious capital. It has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1981. We start our medieval adventure by the Royal Palace and gaze at its Seven bronze-made doors. A perfect instagram spot. Next we will walk through the Jewish Quarter known as The Mellah, meaning salt merchant. The panoramic view of the city is a highlight! We carry on to the pottery co-op and tanneries where you will gladly sniff a mint while shopping.
